Community Picnic Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to assist with the preparation, set-up, break-down, food service, and providing general assistance for the CommUNITY Picnic. Most volunteers will be assigned to general duties for the event. Volunteers will be assigned shifts to ensure that everyone enjoys the event.
Individuals interested in volunteering for the CommUnity Picnic can click on one of the following time slots or special opportunities below to register as a volunteer or visit www.cityofevanston.org/volunteer :
• 7:00am - 5:30pm
• 11:00am - 5:30pm
• 7:00am - 11:00am
• 12:00pm - 3:00pm
• 3:00pm - 5:30pm
• Food Server
• Senior & Disability Aide
Individuals can also register to volunteer by calling 3-1-1 or 847/448-4311. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied with an adult to volunteer.
