Fair Housing
 What is fair housing?
 What are my rights under the Fair Housing Act?
 What groups are protected under Fair Housing law?
 What are options to file complaints if you find that you are the victim of housing discrimination or a fair lending claim?

Foreclosure Prevention
 Who do you contact regarding housing counseling to keep your home?
 What to expect during an appointment?
 What options may be available to you?

This session will provide the audience with the tools they will need to be equipped with if they ever find themselves in these situations and they will be able to refer this information to someone else in need who may not understand what their rights are in these difficult situations. Interfaith Housing Center staff look forward to seeing you at this workshop to learn more!
