UPDATE- Continuance Requested: Plan Commission Packet Now Available for Chase Bank Proposal
UPDATE: Edgemark Development has requested a continuance concerning the Wednesday, December 14, 2011 public hearing for a proposed text and map amendment at 2628 Gross Point Road. The request has been submitted to the Plan Commission and will be considered when the Commission convenes Wednesday December 14, 2011 at 7:00PM in City Council Chambers of the Lorraine H. The Plan Commission packet for the December 14th meeting regarding the Chase Bank proposal is now available. The bank is proposed to be built on the vacant lot located 2635 Crawford Ave., at the intersection with Gross Point Road. The proposed plan is to build a 4,200 square foot bank that would include three drive-through lanes and 28 parking spaces. The meeting packet can be viewed here>>>
