PACE Announces Changes in Paratransit Reservation Hours
Starting January 1, 2012 PACE will be making changes to its call-in reservation hours for ADA Paratransit Services. The new call-in hours for suburban paratransit riders will be:
- 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Please note that phone numbers will not change. There will NOT be any changes to the reservation hours for the suburban Dial-a-Ride programs, the Ride DuPage program or the Ride in Kane program.
Changes in reservation hours affect ADA services only. If a rider has any questions, they can call PACE Customer Relations at 847/364-7223. More about P{ACE at www.pacebus.com.
