Evanston Children's Theatre performs "Peter Pan" March 23-25

Evanston Children's Theatre will perform a new version of J.M. Barrie's "Peter Pan" the weekend of March 23-25. The beloved story of Peter, Wendy, John, Captain Hook and Tinker Bell is still set in Never Land, but the play has been restored to Barrie's original intentions and introduces a new character, the Storyteller.

Performances will take place at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave., Evanston. Shows will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23; at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24; and at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 25. Admission is $6.00. Tickets may be purchased in advance at the Levy Senior Center or at the door. Tickets are required for ages 1 and older.

Evanston Children's Theatre is a program of the City of Evanston's Recreation Division; the cast is comprised of youth age 8 through 8th grade.
