Evanston Inventure Video Presentation on Office Inventory Issues
Recently there was a study done by students at the Kellogg School on Evanston Office Inventory Issues. Evanston Inventure commissioned this study done as a quarter long class project under the supervision of Kellogg Professor Therese McGuire. Dr. McGuire is Professor of Management and Strategy at Kellogg and the Director of the Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research and the School’s Real Estate Program. The presentation of the study is now available on the City of Evanston's YouTube account.
The study looks at existing office space in Evanston, evaluates the current condition of the marketplace and makes recommendations for locations and types of office space needed in Evanston for the future. In addition, the study makes recommendations of strategies to be employed by Evanston Inventure, the City of Evanston and other economic development partners to attract office users to Evanston.
