The Community Investment Corporation, in conjunction with the City of Evanston, will be holding property management workshops March 22 and April 2-5, 2012 at the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center. Since 1999 over 9,000 landlords and managers have attended CIC Property Management Training!

Topics every Evanston landlord should know. Do you own multifamily property? Then you’ll want to check this out. It’s short and it’s practical, it’s to the point. Experts from the City of Evanston and the Community Investment Corporation will discuss the latest about: the Evanston Landlord/Tenant Ordinance; bedbug resources; and marketing/tenant selection.
