UPDATE: Edgemark Development at 2635 Crawford Ave.

Edgemark Development has submitted a revised application for a Map amendment for the property at 2635 Crawford Avenue to be rezoned from R2 Single Family Residential to B1a Business District Zone. This application also includes a text amendment requesting the removal of restrictions of drive-through facilities in Sub-Area 6 of the Central Street Overlay District (oCSC).

The Plan Commission packet for the April 11, 2012 meeting regarding the Chase Bank proposal is now available. The bank is proposed to be built on the vacant lot located 2635 Crawford Ave. and the former Citgo Gas Station facility at 2628 Gross Point Road.

The proposed plan is to build a 4,200 square foot bank that would include two drive-through lanes, an ATM drive-through lane, and 14 parking spaces. The meeting packet can be viewed here>>>
