Special Event Permit Applications Due Feb. 1

Groups and organizations that wish to hold special events in the City of Evanston will need to submit a Special Event Permit Application. A non-refundable $100 application fee must be submitted along with the initial Event Permit Application for all non-City sponsored events.

At a minimum, the first page of the application must be submitted to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department by Wednesday, February 1, 2012 to allow sufficient time for City staff to evaluate the request. Events are subject to final approval of the City’s Special Events Committee and, in some cases, the City Council.
