Contest By Mail

To contest your parking ticket by mail, mail the ticket with the name and address sections completed, a legible written/typed statement of facts, and if applicable, all supporting evidence (e.g. photographs, receipts, etc.) to the address listed below (not to the P.O. Box address on the yellow envelope included with some tickets.) 

On the ticket, check off the box requesting By Mail.  If no box is available, please write WRITTEN HEARING REQUEST either on the ticket or within the text of your written contest if not using the Written Contest Form.pdf.
