Spring and summer Yoga and fitness classes, click here.
Open gym schedules are posted on the Chandler-Newberger Center, Levy Senior Center and Fleetwood-Jourdain Center pages.
Preschoolers love our ballet, gymnastics and pee wee sports programs; youth fish for free on Saturdays (see photo at left) and learn a new sport; teens ice-skate with friends or take a martial arts, yoga or fencing class; adults of all ages exercise, take pottery or CPR classes; and adults age 55 and older can take classes at recreation centers or join the Levy Senior Center.
The Recreation Division also manages two theatre programs to provide year-round entertainment: the Fleetwood-Jourdain Theatre and the Evanston Children's Theatre.
In addition to participating in our Recreation Division classes or programs, people with special needs can participate in social and sports programs offered by the Special Recreation Division.
