2011 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The CAPER discusses Evanston’s accomplishments during fiscal year 2011 in meeting its community development goals using federal grant funds provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) programs. The CAPER was submitted to HUD on March 30, 2012.
