Evanston-2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

The CAPER discusses Evanston’s accomplishments during each given fiscal year in meeting its community development goals using federal grant funds provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) programs. The 2012 CAPER posted above has been submitted to HUD.
