Facade Improvement

CDBG funds can be used toward commercial façade improvements in neighborhood business districts located in the CDBG target area and serving low/moderate income persons. The program is designed to improve the visual quality of commercial structures, sustain the vitality of neighborhood commercial centers, and provide retail and other commercial opportunities. Financing is used to supplement and encourage private investment.
