Garage, Yard, or Estate Sale Permit.jpgApplications are available at the Building Permit Desk, Room 3510 of the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Avenue.  Permits are approved over the counter.  There is no fee associated with House, Apartment, Garage & Yard Sale Permits.

Per Section 6-4-8-3(A)-1 of the Zoning Ordinance: House, Apartment, Garage & Yard Sales are permitted only on residential properties.  Three sales are allowed within a 12-month period.
