Alley Speed Bumps

According to current City policy, speed bumps in the alley may be installed at no cost to the adjacent residents or property owners. 

Requirements

  1. The alley must be paved or scheduled to be paved. 
  2. A petition must be signed by at least 2/3 of the residents living adjacent to the alley.  For condominiums and rental properties, one letter of approval from the condominium association or management firm is sufficient.

A filed petition will be subject to review.  Speed bumps will not be installed if there is not sufficient support.
