- solar thermal - 30% of eligible project costs per project, with a maximum incentive amount of $250,000 for a solar thermal project that includes monitoring equipment
- LEED solar photovoltaic - $3.00 per watt (DC) of installed photovoltaic capacity up to $250,000 on a facility that targets, register for, and achieves LEED - Silver, Gold or Platinum certification
- innovative solar photovoltaic - $3.25 per watt (DC) of installed photovoltaic capacity up to $250,000 for an innovative solar photovoltaic installation
