ShoreBank Homeowners Energy Conservation Program
The Homeowner Energy Conservation Program allows homeowners and developers of single- or multi-family (one to four units) residences to roll energy efficient improvement costs into one refinancing loan. To qualify, the project must include a rehab component of at least $5,000. Program participants receive a free home improvement and energy efficiency consultation plan and may qualify for a free ENERGY STAR® refrigerator.
