When a diagnosis of a chronic mental health condition is given, not only do you need to prepare medically, you need to prepare legally. This session will address important topics such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, and Guardianship. What legal options are available in planning and paying for long-term care, and how can Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance and personal care contracts maximize a person's quality of life?
