Summer Camp Registration Update
Update, 10 a.m., Feb. 13
Online summer camp registration for Evanston residents who live in zip codes 60201 and 60202 will reopen on Saturday, February 17 at 8 a.m.
The City is adding resources and conducting additional testing to ensure that the online registration system can accommodate the increased volume of traffic expected. Please note: Online registration will NOT reopen on Wednesday, February 14.
At least 25 percent of slots in each camp session have been reserved for online registration. In-person and phone registration will not be taken on February 17; however, phone support will be available from 8 a.m. to noon by calling 847-448-4311.
After the online registration period reopens on February 17, residents registering online will have the option of joining a waitlist if their desired camp(s) fill up. Online registration will remain open to residents after reopening on February 17.
Update, 9:45 a.m. Feb. 10
Due to technical difficulties, the online registration system has been shut down. People who register in person at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave., are filling out paper forms and their registrations will be processed in numerical order. In-person registration has been extended to 2 p.m. on February 10. A link to the summer camp registration form is posted below (PDF).
A limited number of slots are being reserved in each section, so those spots will be available when online and in-person registration for Evanston residents reopens at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14 . Updates will be posted here as needed.

The Parks, Recreation and Community Services online registration system is experiencing technical difficulties due to the large number of summer camp registrations. Additional resources are being provided in order to allow more residents to register simultaneously. The online registration hours for Evanston residents have been extended to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
In addition, those who arrive at the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Avenue, Evanston, by the original in-person registration deadline of 12 p.m. today will be accommodated.
