The City of Evanston is inviting public review and comment on the Notice of Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSI), Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRROF), and the Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Homeless Shelter Renovations project at 607 Lake Street, known as Hilda’s Place.
Project documentation is available for public review now through Friday, August 15 on the HUD Consolidated Plan page of the City’s website. Hard copies are also available at several locations:
- City Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall (909 Davis St.)
- Evanston Public Library Main Branch (1703 Orrington Ave.)
- Robert Crown Library Branch (1801 Main St.)
- Project site: Lake Street Church (607 Lake St.)
