How many projects will the City award and what is the range for award amounts?
The City awarded two projects; Lydia Home Association and PEER Services, Inc. City awards can range between $25,000 and $125,000 depending on the scope of the project and the project's impact on the community served.
I am unable to attend the pre-application meeting. Can I still apply?
No, attendance at one of the pre-application meetings is mandatory, if you cannot attend someone else from your organization needs to attend.

As an applicant for federal funding, you should be able to demonstrate your ability to meet the procurement, reporting, and other federal requirements associated with CDBG funds.
What is the letter of intent (LOI) and what is its purpose?
The LOI is used to document the number of applications and quantify award requests. LOI will not be used to remove or disqualify projects. It is the first application section in ZoomGrants but must be submitted before applicants are able to access the full application by 9/21/23 at the latest.
How do I access ZoomGrants?
Agencies can access ZoomGrants by clicking on the "Apply Here" button above. New applicants will be promoted to create an account. Returning applicants can use their existing login, but will need to use the "Apply Here" button above to see the 2023/2024 application and add it to their account.
