A new 9-story mixed-use building with 242-units and a 3,300-square foot commercial space on the ground floor. The development includes 174 parking spaces on site with one level of underground parking. The existing 7-eleven convenience store is expected to occupy the new commercial space on site.

A new 4-story mixed-use building with 44 dwelling units and 3,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The building will incorporate the existing one-story retail building and the residential units will consist of 11 studio units, 12 1-BD units, 12 2-BD units and 9 3-BD units. The building will also include 35 on-site parking spaces.

Church Street Village

The final building of the Church Street Village PD, originally approved in 2006, was recently approved for construction. The 8-unit town-home building, which will face Church Street, will consist of a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units with attached garages.

1815 Ridge/Oak Avenue

A new 10-story senior living residential building with 163 units (102 independent and assisted living units, 31 assisted living units for residents with cognitive impairment, and 30 memory care units) will replace the recently demolished National School Towel Service building. A total of 67 parking spaces will be located on-site. The development will achieve a minimum LEED Silver classification which will include a green roof and two terrace spaces. Additional facility amenities include a wellness center, salon, theatre, community room, dining area, business center, and library.

Chicago-Main Project

Chicago & Main, 835 Chicago Avenue – A  9-story mixed use development featuring retail space, office space, and 112 residential units is currently under construction. The TOD building will include a surface parking lot for retail customers, and off-site parking lot one block to the north for primarily the employees of the building's businesses and one level of underground parking for building residents. The underground parking will include up to 15 parking space lifts for individual vehicles to maximize car storage. The development will achieve minimum LEED Silver classification.

1571 Maple Avenue Project

New 12-story residential/commercial building with 101 dwelling units (57 studios and one bedroom units, 38 two bedroom units, and 6 three bedroom units). The building will have 3,696 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. A total of 113 parking spaces, will be available to building tenants, of which 12 will be on site and 101 spaces will be leased at the Maple Avenue Garage.

A four-story multiple-family residential building with 47 dwelling units; 11 one-bedroom units, 28 two-bedroom units and 8 three-bedroom units.  The building will include 54 parking spaces within an underground parking garage with access from the alley in rear.
