Login into your Recreation account or create one.
a. Account must include your birth date and a valid email address.
Type “tennis” or “pickleball” in the reservation purpose field.
Confirm your reservation and make payment.
Your receipt serves as your permit.

Indoor Pickleball Court Information

Chandler-Newberger Center	N/A	Courts can be rented for up to 5 people. Paddles and balls provided. Fee: $20 per hour To make a rental request please contact the Chandler Newberger front desk at 847.448.8252
Levy Senior Center	Pickleball open gym schedule can be found at Open Gym Calendars Net & balls provided, please bring your own paddles Fee: $5 per person Membership Days: enjoy free pickleball on select days open only to Levy Members	The gym is available for rental. Robert Crown Center	Open Gym: Pickleball open gym schedule can be found at Open Gym Calendars Three half-courts 32 people per session. $5 per person -please pay fee at the front desk, prior to playing. First time participants will need to sign a waiver form .	Half court rentals for up to 3 pickleball courts. Fill out the Robert Crown Rental Request Form

Basketball Courts

The following parks have basketball courts.

Outdoor Basketball Court Reservations

To reserve a court, please contact Eric Eichholz at eeichholz@cityofevanston.org

Outdoor basketball court permit policy:

No more than 10 tournaments per year for the entire park system
No more than 3 tournaments that span consecutive days
No individual reservations over 2 hours
PRCS will create blackout times and dates when courts cannot be reserved.
a. Example: holidays and holiday weekends.
All reservation requests will be vetted by staff within the Lakefront and Athletics Division. No self reservations though the online Amilia portal.
Staff will advertise the new reservation process in City, EPR and ward newsletters.
Non-Resident fees will be double the resident rate.
The following six courts are not ideal for tournaments and will NOT be available for reservations. They will remain available to the public on a first-come, first-served basis: Chandler, Currey, Eggleston, Foster, Porter, Tallmadge.
Reservable basketball court locations: Baker, Bent, McCulloch, Harbert- Payne, James, Larimer, Lovelace, and Mason.

Sand Volleyball Courts

Location: Clark St Beach, 1811 Sheridan Road

Sand Volleyball Court Reservation Policy:

Courts 4, 5, and 6 will be available for rental.
Courts 1, 2, and 3 will remain open for public use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Court rentals will not be available during posted swimming beach hours and will not be available when beach volleyball programs are in session.
