The Gibbs-Morrison Cultural Center offers a rental space, showcasing beautiful hardwood floors and wood beam ceilings, accommodating up to 75 guests. With plenty of parking available just across the street, the Center is the perfect venue for your upcoming event.

Event Rentals Include:

• Tables and chairs set-up.
• 30 minutes set-up and 30 minutes clean-up in addition to your contract time.

Rental Requirements:

• Valid photo identification.
• Agreement with the Building Rental Procedures and Regulations Contract.
• Rental security deposit payment upon reservation.
• Rental fee payment at 14 days prior to the date of the event.

Rental Fees:

• $200 Damage deposit.
• $175 per hour.
