CommUNITY Picnic

Summer is winding down which in Evanston means the CommUNITY Picnic is here!

Join fellow Evanstonians on Sunday, August 25 from Noon-4pm in Ingraham Park (west of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave) for a celebration of Evanston's diversity, community and send our school children back to school in style.

Admission to the Picnic is free. 

 With a host of games, activities and entertainment your family will be able to enjoy a wonderful afternoon in one of Evanston's beautiful parks.

We couldn't do this with our community! Please consider donating. No donation is too small (or too large). Donation items for our picnic raffle are also welcome.


Over 80 volunteers are needed to make this another successful event! Individuals, families and groups interested in volunteering should contact Michelle Tompkins at or call 847-448-4311. Volunteers receive a T-Shirt, as well as food. Breakfast for our volunteers is donated by Bagel Art.
