Let's Play Mobile Recreation Trailer

The 2020 season has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns and restrictions.

Lets Play_ad 2018The Parks, Recreation & Community Services' Let's Play Mobile Recreation Trailer offers organized recreation activities in City parks, at neighborhood block parties, and at other special events that are free and open to the public. A team of recreation staff will be traveling throughout the city over the Summer to provide fun, supervised activities.


  1. For neighborhood block parties and non-city sponsored special events, the Let's Play trailer can only be reserved for a single 2-hour time block.  
  2. Each 2-hour time block includes arriving at the location, setting up, 75 minutes of recreation time and cleaning/packing up.
  3. The Let's Play trailer has equipment, games, and activities for all ages, but the majority of the equipment is geared towards kids between the ages of 3-12 years.
  4. Some of the games/equipment included in the trailer: Gaga ball, basketballs, footballs, soccer balls/goals, badminton, bags, etc...


To reserve the Let's Play trailer for your neighborhood block party or other special events open to the public, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the calendar below to confirm if the Let's Play trailer is available on the day and time you are interested in reserving it.
  2. Send an email to to request an available time block for the trailer. The request should include your name, phone number, the name of the event, and anticipated attendance.
  3. Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
