City Clerk: 
Temporary parking permit applications available for persons with short term disabilities; Paratransit (PACE) information for accessible travel.

Commission on Aging – 
Resources for long term care facilities; resolves senior citizen concerns and issues and advocates for their civil and legal rights.

Subsidized Taxi Cab program: 
Low cost transportation is available to qualified individuals with disabilities and income qualified seniors. Coupons cost $3.00 per one way trip and can be purchased through the Parks Recreation and Community Services Office, Levy Senior Center, and the Fleetwood –Jourdain Community Center.

Community and Economic Development/Property Standards: 

Evanston Public Library: 
Accessible computer workstations are available for blind or visually impaired and mobility impaired patrons.

Health Department: Children’s Dental clinic

Human Relations: 
Education of tenants and landlords about local housing ordinances and education about rights for individuals in the area of employment.

Parking Enforcement: 
Reserved disabled parking in front of residences (Doctor’s certification explaining nature and length of disability required for this program).

Recreation:
Programs/ services for children and adults with special needs. Summer day camp in cooperation with District 65.

Traffic: 
Loading and unloading zones for persons with disabilities in residential areas.
