FEE: A non-refundable application fee of $150 must be submitted along with the initial application for all non-City sponsored events.
CONTACT: Submit this application, along with a description of your proposed event, to the City of Evanston, Parks and Recreation and Community Services Department, c/o Special Events Committee, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 847.448.8051.
DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department by January 31, 2018 to allow sufficient time for City staff to evaluate your request and provide a recommendation to City Council for consideration, if necessary.
