FEE: A non-refundable application fee of $150 must be submitted along with the initial application for all non-City sponsored events.

RENEWABLE: No.

TRANSFERABLE: No.

CONTACT: Submit this application, along with a description of your proposed event, to the City of Evanston, Parks and Recreation and Community Services Department, c/o Special Events Committee, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201 or email to specialevents@cityofevanston.org or fax to 847-448-8051.

DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department by Thursday, January 31, 2019 to allow sufficient time for City staff to evaluate your request and provide a recommendation to City Council for consideration, if necessary.
