Online Registration Details
- Register at cityofevanston.org/register
- Registration is first-come, first-served.
- Wait-list spots will be available immediately if the camp is filled.
- You must have an existing online registration account to register.
- Existing online accounts need to be checked to ensure you can access the website 24 hours prior to registration days.
- Need an online account? New online accounts must be created 24 hours prior to registration days.

What to Know Before You Register
Here are some helpful reminders to prepare families for registration day
- Wish List How-To: Log in to your account, browse activities, and click the heart icon to save camps to your wish list. On registration day, you can quickly add wish list items to your cart and check out.
- Payment Options: Families may choose to pay in full or select an installment plan, which requires a $25 deposit at checkout with the remaining balance due by May 4.
Important note: Removing items from your cart before checkout may result in losing your spot. - Camp Emergency Form: Each camper must have a 2026 Summer Camp Emergency Form completed online, including required health information and a child’s photo. Campers will not be allowed to participate until this form is submitted.

Summer Camp Deposits
- A $25 deposit is required for each camp section at the time of registration.
- The deposit is not refundable.
- No fee assistance is available for camp deposits.
Summer Camp Fees
- Invoices will be sent on the 1st and 15th of each month until the household balance is paid in full.
- Final payment for the complete household balance is due on May 4.
- If final payments are not received by May 4, the campers registration will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
- If camp registration occurs after May 4, the entire camp fees will be due at the time of registration.

Summer Camp Refunds
- Refunds requested 7 or more days before the start of a camp session will be issued minus the deposit. To request a refund, log into your account at cityofevanston.org/register and select the camp session you'd like to cancel. Or fill out the Refund Request Form.
- Cancellation requests made six (6) days before the start of the program will not be honored, unless hardship documentation is provided.

Once the program has started, hardship documentation must be provided before the halfway point of that program to receive a refund.
Summer Camp Fee Assistance
- Payment assistance is available for summer camps through the Access Evanston Program, for residents residing in 60201 and 60202.
- Each account must pay a $25 deposit per child, per camp section enrolled, to hold your space.
- All deposits will be applied to the remaining balance that you owe for camp if a current participant or in the determination process for the fee assistance program.
Summer Camp Information/Emergency Contact Form
- Participants in City of Evanston camp programs are required to have an information/emergency form on file prior to the first day of camp.

- 3. Search for 2026 Summer Camp Emergency Form
- 4. Add the form to your shopping cart
- 5. You’ll be prompted to complete the form during checkout
- Campers will not be allowed to participate in camp until their health form is submitted.
- Instructions and registration information will be sent via email after registration.
