Home MenuBenefit Card Program
In order to streamline how senior social service programs are administered, the “Evanston Benefit Card” was introduced in 2011.
Programs are now more accessible to seniors and cardholders are eligible for discounts at participating Evanston businesses. In one step, residents qualify for certain benefits in the community, such as Subsidized Taxicab Program, a Wheel Tax Discount (formerly Vehicle Sticker), Recreation Program Fee Assistance, Yard Waste Stickers & Cart Discount, and the Handyman Program
