About the City Code

The City Code contains the ordinances that govern all aspects of City operations, including the structure of elected offices, the managerial form of government, and the City's administrative departments. Fees for all City licenses, services, and permits are set by the City Code.

Health & Services

Includes policies for water and health services, nuisances, pet and animal control, garbage and refuse regulations, and food service operations.

Building & Development Codes

Adopts the International Building Code (2021 edition) with local amendments, and defines single family, multifamily, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, housing, and fire prevention codes.
