Upcoming Events

The Evanston Fire Department is proud to announce its first-ever Homeowners Association (HOA) Fire Prevention Meeting, hosted by the Fire Prevention Bureau. This new initiative is designed to support HOA boards, property managers, and residents in strengthening fire safety awareness and preparedness across the community.

The meeting will take place on:

This informative session will provide practical guidance and critical information tailored to multi-family residential properties and homeowner associations throughout Evanston.

*Preparedness Planning
*HOA Risks, Responsibilities, and Policies
*Common Fire Hazards

The Fire Prevention Bureau recognizes that HOAs play a vital role in maintaining safe living environments. This meeting will help clarify responsibilities, identify potential risks, ensure associations are aligned with fire code requirements, and promote proactive safety measures.
