City Contracting for Additional Towing for 2026-27 Winter Season

The City of Evanston is currently establishing contracts for emergency snow towing for the 2026-2027 winter season.

Those who have a tow truck and are interested in participating in the program may call 847-866-2935 or email purchasing@cityofevanston.org.

The 2026-27 Snow Tow application process will be completed electronically or via USPS. Completed documentation must be received by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. No walk-in submittals will be accepted.
