Fire Administration

The administration provides leadership by coordinating efforts to ensure efficient and effective services to the public. Management policies are developed and instituted to improve all fire and life safety services and to coordinate interactions with other City Departments. An annual budget is prepared and administered. Operating procedures are evaluated and upgraded when necessary to improve services and to keep pace with changing conditions and technology.
