Room Rental

We would love to host your next event! 

The Chandler-Newberger center has two multipurpose rooms available for your next rental.

Event Rentals Include:

  • Tables and chairs set-up.
  • 30 minutes set-up and 30 minutes clean-up n addition to your contract time.

Room Information:

Room Capacity Deposit Fee Per Hour
Orange Room 30 $152 $76 R / $99 NR
Blue Room 45 $192 $96 R / $125 NR

Rental Requirements:

  • Valid photo identification.
  • Agreement with the Building Rental Procedures and Regulations Contract.
  • Rental security deposit payment upon reservation.
  • Rental fee payment at 14 days prior to the date of the event.
