An intensive, one-day practical session to help Evanston visual artists professionally document, package, and market their artwork.

Eligibility Exclusively open to artists residing in Evanston, IL.

Capacity Notice Limited to 14–15 participants due to the highly interactive portfolio and headshot creation tracks.

📸 Camera-Ready Requirement

Please arrive dressed and styled with hair and makeup exactly as you want to appear in your official professional portrait.

To maximize production time at each technical station, please review the requirements below:

Bring 10–20 original pieces of artwork (dependent on consistency of scale and media).
Artwork must qualify as portable art objects (e.g., paintings, sketches, prints, small sculptures) compatible with standard background walls, sweeps, or overhead staging setups.
Immersive environments or large-scale, fixed installations cannot be accommodated.
* Note: Program directors reserve the final right to limit total artwork counts on site to preserve schedule blocks.

A structured waitlist will be systematically maintained following full enrollment capacity.
