This Committee is made up of six Councilmembers that address matters relating to planning, physical development, zoning, building conservation, preservation, housing, and relocation. The Committee shall review and advise the City Council on the use and planning of all City park land.
ATTEND A MEETING
When: The 2nd 4th Monday of each month at 5:30PM. Meetings may occasionally be rescheduled and special meetings may be added as needed. (click here for a calendar).

Provide public comment
Those wishing to provide public comment will have the opportunity to do so at every meeting via two possible means:
- You can submit written comments by emailing publiccomment@cityofevanston.org
- If you would like to speak during the meeting about a specific agenda item, individual members of the public are generally limited to no more than 2 minutes. For in-person comments, a sign-in sheet is provided outside of Council Chambers prior to the meeting or sign-up in advance through the Public Comment Form.
