Ecology Birthday Parties at Prieto

Thank you for your interest hosting your party at the Ecology Center's temporary location at Dr. Jorge and Luz Maria Prieto Community Center!

Please read the following information about our party rentals.

  • We offer two hour party birthday parties on either: 
    • Saturday: 10am -12am or  2pm to 4pm.
    • Sunday: 10am -12am or  2pm to 4pm.
  • A staff member leads an engaging nature-oriented party, based on the theme that you select, which includes hands-on activities for 45 minutes.
  • The reminder of the time is open for treats and activities on your own.
  • Each party theme includes a craft for the child to take home with them.

Security Deposit, Fees & Capacity

  • $150.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation date. 
  • Party fees are $300R/$390 NR.
  • Payment of all fees are due at least 12 days in advance the party event date.
  • Party Fee includes up to 16 children.
  • Up to 5 additional children can be added for $5 per each additional child. Fees for additional children will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • A minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children is required for the party.
  • The maximum number of people for the party is 30 people.

Please note all parties rentals require:

  • Valid photo identification
  • Party Rental Contract & Waiver 
  • Party Security Deposit payment upon reservation.
  • Final payment of all rental fees are due 12 days prior to the date of the event.
