We'd love to host your next event at the Dr. Jorge and Luz Maria Prieto Community Center.
Room Rental Information:
Room B can be set up for meetings or parties.
Capacity: 30
Tables & Chairs : two 12' folding tables with benches and two 6' tables for gifts or food.
Deposit: $250
Fees: $126 R/ $164 NR per hour
Rental Add-On:
Expand your options by adding on the playroom to your rental.
Room C can be set up for meetings or parties.
Capacity: 20
Tables & Chairs : two 6' tables with 8 chairs each, one 5' gift table and 4 additional chairs as part of your rental.
Audio/Visual: AV equipment available upon request
Deposit: $210
Fees: $105R/ $137 NR per hour

Our light-filled café provides an inviting atmosphere for your next event.
Capacity: 25
Tables & Chairs: 10 two-person café tables , 1 large table and 25 chairs are available as part of your rental.
Deposit: $224
Fees: $112 R/ $146 NR per hour
Please note: the kitchen area is not available but you are welcome to use the counter space.

From a firehouse to a vet's office, the Let's Play space has everything to encourage imaginative play.
Deposit: $250
Fee: $50 R/ $65 NR per half-hour
Rentals Include:
- Tables and chairs set-up.
- 30 minutes for your set-up and 30 minutes clean-up in addition to your contract time.
Rental Requirements:
- Valid photo identification.
- Agreement with the Building Rental Procedures and Regulations Contract.
- Rental deposit payment upon reservation.
- Rental fee payment at least 14 days prior to the date of the event.
