Levy Center FAQs
Although we do not provide any direct-care services, you can contact Evanston’s Senior Services office knowledgeable staff who are well-versed in a wide range of options to meet your needs or those of your loved ones. Contact the Senior Services Division at (847) 866-2919 or via email at aging@cityofevanston.org.
If you have questions about long-term care options or concerns regarding current or former residents of an Evanston nursing home, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is here to help. You can reach them at (847) 448-8696 or via email at ombudsman@cityofevanston.org.
